 Adanga Maru a.k.a Vardi ka Khumar (Hindi Dubbed) is a 2018 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film. It is written and directed by Karthik Thangavel and it also mark this venture as his directorial debut. The Lead role was starred by Jayam Ravi and Raashi Khanna with supporting roles of Sampath Raj, Ponvannan, Ramdoss, Mime Gopi, and Azhagam Perumal. Sam C. S. is one who gave great score and did the soundtrack composition, cinematography part was captured by Sathyan Sooryan and editing was done by Anthony L. Ruben. The film released on 21 December 2018.

Adanga Maru got many positive reviews including The Hindu, India Today, Behindwoods, The Indian Express and The Times of India rating it 3 out of 5, quoting, "Adanga Maru has a routine plot, but the treatment makes it fast-paced and interesting." 

It was applauded for its fresh screenplay, intense revenge drama, fairly engaging watch. Some said it misses the mark by a few inches and criticized story line and with better CGI it could have definitely elevated the revenge saga but all in all it was strictly a one-time watch.
